All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

The final amount payable may include:

  • Delivery charges

We may update product prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been confirmed.

If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.

Zalmi Step will not add hidden charges after an order has been placed.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product under these Terms of Service.

An automated message confirming that we received your order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

An order is considered accepted when we:

  • Confirm it through phone, WhatsApp or email

  • Prepare the product for dispatch

  • Dispatch the product for delivery

  • Delivery address

  • Size

  • Colour

  • Final payable amount

7. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • No advance payment is required unless clearly stated

  • The complete payable amount must be paid when the parcel is delivered

  • You must provide an active mobile or WhatsApp number

  • You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address

  • Our team or courier may contact you for confirmation or delivery assistance

  • You should keep the complete payable amount ready at delivery

We may hold, reject or cancel an order when:

  • The customer cannot be contacted

  • The phone number is incorrect or inactive

  • The delivery address is incomplete

  • The location is outside the courier’s service area

  • The order cannot be verified

  • The product becomes unavailable

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is reasonably suspected

  • The customer repeatedly refuses confirmed COD parcels

Customers who repeatedly place and refuse confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may have future COD access restricted.

8. Product Availability and Quantity Limits

All products are subject to availability.

A product may become unavailable after an order is submitted because of:

  • Inventory differences

  • Multiple customers ordering the same item

  • Product damage discovered before dispatch

  • Supplier or operational issues

When an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Offer an alternative size, colour or product

  • Ask the customer to wait for restocking

  • Cancel the unavailable product

  • Refund any amount already paid for the unavailable product

We may place reasonable quantity limits on orders intended for personal use.

We may contact customers regarding unusually large or suspicious orders before accepting them.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation before your order is dispatched.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Delivery may be delayed because of:
